Viplavi Erkan

Viplavi Erkan has a strong background in strategy and client services. Viplavi currently holds the position of Head of Client Services at QUALCO UK, which they started in June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at BT as the Head of Strategy and Change from November 2015 to May 2019. Before that, they served as the Head of Strategy at The Sigma Financial Group from October 2011 to November 2015. Viplavi'searly career experience includes a role as a Multi Channel Strategy Manager at HSBC from October 2007 to October 2011.

Viplavi Erkan obtained a Law LLB degree from Queen Mary University of London from 2003 to 2006. Viplavi then pursued a Legal Practice Course (LPC) at De Montfort University from 2006 to 2007. In addition, Viplavi has certifications in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma and PRINCE2® Practitioner, although the details of the institutions and dates of obtainment are not provided.
