Konstantinos Dounias is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in application support, operations management, and systems coordination. Currently serving as Application Support Manager at Qualco Group since July 2022, Konstantinos previously held the position of Service Delivery Manager at Datacom, where leadership skills were demonstrated by developing and coaching a team of over 30 individuals during the Covid-19 pandemic, resulting in a significant improvement in quality results.
