Thanos Charchantis

Thanos Charchantis is currently the Head of Remuneration, Rewards & HR Operations at Qualco Group, where they develop and implement strategies that enhance employee retention and engagement. Previously, Thanos served as the GR/CY Total Rewards & People Operations Manager at Leroy Merlin and as a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they managed comprehensive compensation and benefits programs. Thanos began their career as an HR Assistant intern at Stedima SA Business Consultants and gained further experience as an HR Generalist at British American Tobacco. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business.
