Jamie S. Miller

Jamie S. Miller has served as a director of the Company since May 2020. She served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of General Electric Company (GE) from November 2017 to February 2020. In this role, she was responsible for leading GE's overall financial activities and global finance organization, including accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, internal audit and treasury. She also led GE’s core Digital Technology function. Ms. Miller served as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Transportation from October 2015 to November 2017, as Chief Information Officer of GE from April 2013 to September 2015, and as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of GE from April 2008 to April 2013. Prior to joining GE in 2008, she served as Senior Vice President and Controller of WellPoint, Inc. (now Anthem), and as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Ms. Miller holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
