Milivoje Aleksic

VP, Engineering at Qualcomm

Milivoje Aleksic is the VP of Engineering at Qualcomm. Milivoje has over twenty years of experience in the tech industry, and has held positions at both AMD and Qualcomm.

Aleksic began their career at AMD in 2006 as the Chief Architect and a Senior Fellow. In this role, they were responsible for aligning the technology roadmap between the Consumer Electronics division and the CPU and GPU. Milivoje was also a member of the new Accelerating Computing group, which was responsible for defining the next generation of multi-core CPUs.

In 2009, Aleksic left AMD to join Qualcomm as the VP of Engineering. In this role, they are responsible for leading the engineering team and overseeing all engineering operations. Milivoje has also been instrumental in developing new camera technology, and has filed eight patents and published five technical papers.

Milivoje Aleksic attended the University of Belgrade, where they studied electrical, electronics and communications engineering. Milivoje then went on to earn their PhD from the same school.
