Minkui Liu

Minkui Liu is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in system algorithm implementation and development. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm since 2009, Minkui Liu has previously held significant roles such as Staff System Engineer at NextWave Broadband, leading the development and verification of PHY algorithms for advanced Wimax technology. Additional experience includes work as a DSP Design Engineer at Nokia Mobile Phones, where algorithm development for CDMA engines was a focus, and internships that contributed to expertise in communication systems and wireless technologies. Minkui Liu holds a B.S. in Electronics and Information System from Nankai University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, and a Ph.D. in Communication Theory and System from UC San Diego.
