Yelena Tebcherani

Yelena Tebcherani is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience at Qualcomm, where Yelena has served as Director and Head of Corporate Communications since September 2005. In this role, Yelena manages executive communications for the CEO, CFO/COO, and CMO, focusing on maintaining a consistent voice across various marketing channels. Previously, Yelena was responsible for the international PR program as an intern to staff manager, leading crisis management initiatives and strategic media relations. Prior to Qualcomm, Yelena worked as Public Affairs Coordinator at the American-Eastern European Council, where responsibilities included handling media inquiries, writing press releases, organizing events, and grant management. Yelena holds a BA in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from San Diego State University and has furthered education at the University of San Diego.
