Judith Irusta

Judith Irusta has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations. Judith currently holds the position of Chief Operating & People Officer at Quales Group, where they are responsible for coordinating internal processes and fostering a strategic vision that emphasizes team commitment and people-centricity. Prior to their current role, Judith served as the Chief People Officer and Head of HR at Quales Group. Additionally, they have held roles such as Board Member at Unión Argentina de Jóvenes Empresarios - UNAJE, Latam Human Resources Manager at TrueStar Group SpA, Sr Talent Consultant at Visma, and Senior Human Resources Analyst and People Operations Generalist at Seidor.

Judith Irusta completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Human Resources from UADE between 2010 and 2014. Judith then pursued further education in Business Management at UADE, starting in 2022 and continuing until the present. In 2019, they also studied Management of Emotional Well-being and Stress in Organizations at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21'.

In terms of certifications, Judith obtained a certification in Leading Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in March 2022. Prior to that, they acquired a certification in Leadership in digital environments from ITBA Universidad in November 2021. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Social Intrapreneurship for Innovation in Health from Ashoka. In 2019, Judith completed the Their Business certification offered by Endeavor and also attended a course on Women in Power and Decision-making offered by Fundacion FLOR.
