Jan A. is an accomplished, six sigma–certified global executive and business transformation architect with extensive experience in client operations. They held leadership roles at Convergys as Program Head and at TTEC as Site Lead and Site Director. Additionally, Jan served as Site Director at Teleperformance and as Operations Program Manager at Sutherland. Most recently, they worked at Qualfon as Vice President, where they transformed country operations into high-performing, client-centric delivery engines and drove strategy across global BPO operations.
