Most prospective buyers want to “see where they stand” before starting a complete mortgage application, creating a significant challenge for Loan Officers: the process is too long, too formal, and often too early for someone who isn’t fully ready.

QualGauge™ gives mortgage loan officers a faster, simpler first look at homebuyer readiness, all without requiring a hard credit pull. Built for efficiency and transparency, our platform helps mortgage professionals quickly understand where a buyer stands, reduce friction in early conversations, and confidently guide clients toward the right next steps.

With our easy-to-use readiness check, loan officers can assess buyer potential in minutes—no hard pull. No disclosures. No delays. Just a clear, actionable snapshot of financial readiness that supports more thoughtful conversations and more efficient workflows.

But readiness checking is only the beginning. QualGauge™ also strengthens your referral network by allowing real estate professionals to submit readiness checks directly to your account, giving loan officers visibility into buyer activity across their ecosystem even when they’re off the clock and turning your network into an extension of your team.

QualGauge™ is here to help mortgage professionals:
 Qualify leads faster
 Reduce unnecessary hard credit pulls
 Strengthen realtor partnerships
 Improve buyer experiences
 Save time on early-stage conversations
 Increase team efficiency
Save Money & Time for both the MLO & consumer

We believe in efficiency. We believe in transparency. And we believe loan officers deserve tools explicitly built for the way they work today.
