He was previously a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company (26 years) and a member of the McKinsey Global Board, working in Europe and Asia. Before and during McKinsey, he was an entrepreneur building a series of companies. Qualgro is co-led by Weisheng Neo. He has made several investments into Fintech, Education, Marketing, Software startups in Southeast Asia and has helped them accelerate their growth and build strong talent pools.
