Alex Shannon

Alex Shannon is a skilled quality assurance professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Analyst at Qualia since September 2021, Alex oversees QA for a subset of API products, focusing on product documentation, onboarding for QA team members, test strategy, and automation implementation with Cypress. Prior experience includes positions at Humble Bundle as a Senior QA Analyst, where Alex managed QA for digital storefront initiatives, and as a QA and Support Specialist (Lead) at Polarr, where a comprehensive QA process was established. Alex has also contributed to QA efforts at Dealpath, Electronic Arts, and as a contractor at Electronic Arts, developing test plans and maintaining defect tracking across multiple projects.
