Aubri Holler has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate and title industry. Aubri currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Qualia since August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Title Operations Consultant at Qualia from August 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Qualia, Aubri worked as a Realtor Sales Associate at Fathom Realty from August 2021 to April 2023. Aubri also founded their own company, Synergy Title Agency LLC, in October 2013, providing title insurance products and services to the real estate industry until February 2017.

Aubri has held various leadership positions, including CEO, Executive & Business Coach, and Growth Strategist at NorthStar Management Consultants, LLC from November 2017 to August 2022. In this role, they provided consultancy and coaching services to small to mid-sized businesses and executives, focusing on leadership development, team building, and organizational transformation.

Aubri'sexperience also includes working as Executive Vice President at Counsellors Title Agency Inc from January 1999 to May 2008, where they handled title examination, policy issuance, real estate closings, and managed company staff.
