Jordan Franklin

Jordan Franklin is an experienced professional in the fields of account management, customer success, and investment advising. Currently serving as an ERC Account Executive at SmartBiz since February 2023, Jordan has previously held roles at Qualia as a Customer Success Specialist, albeit briefly due to company layoffs, and as an Account Manager at Angi. Prior experience includes managing events at The Home Course and brokering commercial investments as an Investment Advisor at Taylor Street, where over $100 million in commercial investments were analyzed.
