Erin Motameni

Erin Motameni currently serves as the Interim Chief Human Resources Officer and Consultant at Qualifacts, a position held since May 2021. Previously, Erin held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Nuance Communications from January 2018 to January 2020 and took a sabbatical in early 2018. Prior to that, Erin was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Virtustream from August 2015 to February 2017 and served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Dell EMC from 1999 until February 2017. Erin began a career in human resources at Data General, where the position of Head of Global Human Resources was held from September 1983 to October 1999. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and additional studies at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
