Camille Marti

Director, Customer Success at Qualified

Camille Marti has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success at Qualified, a position they have held since February 2022. Previously, they worked at Salesforce Pardot for several years, starting as a Pardot Success Specialist in July 2015 and eventually progressing to the role of Strategic Success Architect. At Salesforce Pardot, they implemented over 100 clients, provided guidance on marketing best practices, and led customer success programs. Prior to that, they worked as a Communications & Marketing Specialist at MindFire Inc. Camille also gained experience in research and intern roles at UC Santa Barbara, where they worked in the Communication Department and the Health Department. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of Campus Affairs at Alpha Phi International Fraternity.

Camille Marti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Psychology from UC Santa Barbara, which they obtained from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Lakewood High School. In terms of certifications, Camille has completed the SheCodes Coding Workshop and has obtained various Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
