Currently serving as Manager of Office Operations at QFS since May 2023, Ladan previously held the role of Office Operations Manager at Appnovation, where responsibilities included overseeing daily office functions, managing budgets, coordinating events, and supporting onboarding processes. Prior to that, Ladan was Office and Engagement Manager at AECO Innovation Lab, focusing on employee engagement and event planning. Ladan's career also includes roles at Rules Cube as Office Administrator and several positions in the fashion industry, including Fashion Product Developer at Wal-Mart Canada Corp. and Fashion Designer/Stylist at Joseph Ribkoff.
