Prior to that, Tom worked at Principal Financial Group for 13 years, holding roles such as Manager of Pension Administration and Assistant Manager.
Tom L. obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business. Tom attended the university from 1981 to 1985. In July 2016, they also obtained the CRPS certification from the College for Financial Planning.
