Qualifier helps you develop your leaders. We have created a concept with a tool that we call Agile Skill Development Process.

"The right person at the right place with the right skills"

To implement our tool and process we follow the ISO standard "SS624070 Competence management systems". Our process is a way to improve and help the leaders in the organization to evolve their departments.

We follow the ISO standard SS624070 recommended process

1.	Current state analysis
2.	Skills analysis
3.	Development and clarification of skills
4.	Number of skills needed in the department
5.	Individual development plan
6.	Prioritization

The above actions are not enough. You must follow up the work in progress and monitor the departments on a regular basis.

With Qualifier you can say good by to:

•	Inaccurate excel sheets that´s out of date
•	Broken promises to your co-workers
•	Complaints from the ISO revision company

Best regards from Sweden
