To implement our tool and process we follow the ISO standard "SS624070 Competence management systems". Our process is a way to improve and help the leaders in the organization to evolve their departments.

1.	Current state analysis
2.	Skills analysis
3.	Development and clarification of skills
4.	Number of skills needed in the department
5.	Individual development plan
6.	Prioritization 

The above actions are not enough. You must follow up the work in progress and monitor the departments on a regular basis.
