Erika Costoya

Erika Costoya is a Sales Development Representative at Qualifio since September 2023, with a solid background in sales and account management. Prior to this, Erika held the role of Account Executive and Sales Development Representative at TalentFY from April 2021 to August 2023. From February 2020 to April 2021, Erika served as Head of Sales and Administrative Management at SANCARLOS TEXTIL CADENA, focusing on customer needs and driving sales growth. Previous experience includes working as a 360 Human Resources Consultant at Eurofirms Group, and talent selection and administration roles at Mitsubishi Motors. Erika holds a Master’s degree in Direction of Marketing and Sales from EAE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations from UCAB, alongside a diploma in Leadership and Emotional Intelligence.
