Carla Peraferrer Hereu

Carla Peraferrer Hereu has had a long and varied career in the pharmaceutical industry. Carla began in 2009 as a Pre-registration period trainee at the Hospital Universitari Dr. Josep Trueta in Girona, Spain. Carla then moved to Farmacia Jordi Omedes in the same year, where they worked as a Pharmacist. In 2011, they began working as a Compounding Pharmacist, specializing in Bio-Identical Hormone treatments, at London Specialist Pharmacy. In 2015, they joined Forum Auditorias as an Audit Technical Manager, where they were responsible for the technical preparation and coordination of GxP third party audits to pharmaceutical industry suppliers worldwide, as well as performing GMP/GDP audits as a co-auditor. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Qualifyze as Head of Quality and then VP Quality.

Carla Peraferrer Hereu has an extensive education history. In 2003, they obtained their Pharmacy Mpharm degree from the Universitat de Barcelona. In 2009, they earned their Grau d'Administració i Direcció d'empreses / Business Management Degree from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, which they completed in 2016. In 2012, they completed a Postgrau en elaboració i control de qualitat en formulació Oficinal i Magistral / Postgraduate in co from the Universitat de Barcelona. In 2015, they obtained their Máster en Cosmética y Dermatologia from CESIF. Carla is currently enrolled in ThePower Business School, where they are pursuing a ThePowerMBA degree in MBA, Business Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Innovation & Digital Transformation, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, they obtained their Women's Leadership Program certification from the Yale School of Management Executive Education in December 2021.
