David Kaul

David Kaul is the current Managing Director of Research at Qualis Capital. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director of Alternative Investments at Qualis Capital LLC from August 2019 to April 2022. From September 2017 to January 2019, Kaul was the Director of Alternative Investments at CAIS, where they were also the head of the product group. Prior to CAIS, Kaul worked as the Director of Alternative Investments at Stifel Financial Corp. from December 2015 to August 2017. David was also the Head of Hedge Funds and Long Only LPs Manager Research and Selection when Stifel bought Barclays US Wealth Management business in December 2015. Kaul has also worked as a Portfolio Manager at DN&C L.P. from January 2009 to November 2010 and as a Vice President of Fund of Funds PM at Viking Investment Group - Family Office from August 2003 to October 2005.

David Kaul has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Davidson College. David also has certification from FINRA in Series 66 and Series 7.

David Kaul reports to Antonio Derosa, CEO. They work with Elizabeth Ward - Managing Director,, Robert Pereira - Managing Director, Research, and Jeff Lau - CCO & Managing Director.
