Diane Dancy has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Diane began their career in 2006 as a Guest Services Representative at Holiday Inn Express and later worked as a Guest Services Representative at Holiday Inn in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, Diane held multiple roles at Hwy 55 Burgers, Shakes & Fries, including Operator, Assistant Manager, Waitstaff, and Cook. Diane then worked as a Shift Leader and Delivery Driver at Domino's Pizza from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, Diane served as an Operations Manager and Guest Service Manager at Holiday Inn Express. Diane then worked as a Guest Services Representative at Rocky Mount Inn in 2013 before joining West Corporation as an Agent in the Office of Tom Karinshak, SVP Customer Experience, Comcast in 2014. Concurrently, they also served as a Shift Manager at Advance Auto Parts India. In 2016, Diane worked as a Product Specialist at The Jay Group Ltd. Diane joined Qualis - Intelligent DME Solutions in 2017 and has held various positions since then, including Online Analyst I, Provider Relations Specialist, Quality Improvement Supervisor, and Partner Services Manager. Diane currently holds the position of Director of Partner Services.
Diane Dancy obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Technology Integration from Edgecombe Community College between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they graduated from North Edgecombe High School in 2008, where they earned a High School Diploma with a focus on College Prep.
