Steve Miley

Steven C. Miley, MBA, CPCM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management and aerospace operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Contracts at Qualis LLC since October 2024, Steven oversees prime contracts, subcontracts, and partnerships while fostering business development with key clients, including NASA and the Air Force. As an instructor for BMRA, Steven imparts knowledge on various acquisition and procurement topics. Steven's previous roles at NASA include positions such as Exploration Production & Operations Contract Lead and Associate Director at the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center, among other leadership titles in procurement and operations. With a foundational career in the United States Air Force, culminating as a Lieutenant Colonel (Retired), Steven holds an MBA from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree from Campbellsville University.
