Berrick Wilson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in advisory and investment management. Currently serving as Co-Head of Real Estate Equity Australia and Head of Tactical Opportunities at Qualitas, Wilson is part of an ASX-listed alternative real estate investment manager. Previously, Wilson was the Managing Director at KordaMentha, a leading real estate advisory group established in 2002 to address the need for specialized property skills in complex situations. Additionally, Wilson is the Founder and Chairman of the Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that organizes cycling events to raise funds for children in need. Earlier in the career, Wilson held a senior manager position at Arthur Andersen. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment, and recognition as a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
