Karen McGowan

Karen McGowan has extensive work experience in finance and consulting. Karen is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at QualiTech since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Financial Consultant at McGowan Consulting from September 2004. Karen then joined MMC Consulting in November 2012, where they held the position of Executive Consultant and COO until November 2021. Karen also worked as the Director of Financial Shared Service at Patterson Companies, Inc. from May 2016 to August 2017. Karen has held various financial roles, including Vice President of Finance at Northwire, Inc., Director of Fulfillment Finance at Deluxe Corporation, Financial Manager at BOC Edwards, and Financial Controller at Morris Material Handling, Inc.

Karen McGowan earned their Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University from 1978 to 1981. Karen later obtained a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Temple University from 1993 to 1995.
