Werner Paar

Werner Paar is the CEO of Quality Austria, a position they have held since 2021. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at BMW Group in Austria in multiple leadership roles, including Head of International Dealer Network and Sales Channels Development, Leiter Vertrieb Österreich, Head of International Market Strategies, and Leiter Vertriebssteuerung Österreich. Earlier in their career, they were with BMW Group in Österreich (2001–2002) as Manager Qualitätsmanagement und Dealer Development Vertrieb Europa, Specialist Händlerberatung/Händlerentwicklung, and Leiter Brand Management MINI. They earned a Dr.phil. in Politikwissenschaften from Universität Salzburg (2005–2008) and a Mag.rer.soc.oec. in Internationale Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck (1992–1997), and they studied at the University of New Orleans (1995–1996).
