Jelena Popovic is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in guest relations, project management, office administration, and sales. Since November 2022, Jelena has been serving as a Guest Relations Agent at Brightline Trains. Concurrently, as a Project and Account Manager at Quality Building Services since September 2021, Jelena has effectively planned and overseen projects, ensuring timely completion by managing resources, preparing budgets, and keeping stakeholders informed. Previous roles include Office Manager at Mamut Dentistry, where operations were optimized for patient support, and Front Office Manager and Reservation Manager at City Rooms NYC Times Square, overseeing daily operations and guest services. Before these positions, Jelena contributed as a Sales Representative at Lazar Media Group and served as Executive Producer at PINK INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, coordinating and supervising productions. Jelena holds a degree from the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, Serbia, attained between 2010 and 2014.
