Nuno Silva has a long history of work experience in customer service and development. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Agent for Randstad. From 2012 to 2015, they worked for TeleTech where they held two roles, including Customer Service Agent and Learning and Leadership Development Trainer. From 2015 to 2017, they worked for Sitel as a Customer Service Representative, and then for SELLBYTEL Group Spain as a Customer Service Specialist. Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they worked for Quality Clouds as a Junior Developer and Support Analyst.
Nuno Silva attended Barcelona Code School from 2019 to 2019 and obtained a degree in JavaScript Full Stack Developer with a field of study in Computer Programming/Programmer, General. Prior to that, they attended the German-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2004 to 2007 and obtained a degree in Car Mechatronics Technician.
