Marcella Lingham

Marcella Lingham has extensive work experience in various educational and healthcare roles. Marcella served as the CEO of Quality Community Health Care, Inc. starting in 1986. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Professor at Rutgers University - Newark from 1980 to 1984. Before entering the healthcare field, they were an Educational Consultant and Developer of Educational Programs at Research for Better Schools from 1973 to 1978. Marcella also worked as a Curriculum Development Specialist at RCA- Educational Department in Camden, NJ from 1970 to 1973. Lingham began their career as a Teacher in the School District of Philadelphia in 1965 and worked there until 1970.

Marcella Lingham obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania in 1965. Marcella then pursued a Master of Education at Temple University - Graduate School of Education from 1970 to 1972, specializing in Psychology of Reading/Administration. Later, they attended Rutgers Graduate School of Education from 1972 to 1980, earning their Doctor of Education in Sociology and Administration. In 1960 and 1962, they also attended Temple University for liberal arts and sciences without obtaining a degree.
