Rojiar Ferschy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Summer Intern at ICS funded by DFID. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Graduate Process Design Engineer and later as a System Engineer on HALES plant at Sellafield Ltd. In 2015, they undertook an R&D secondment at the National Nuclear Laboratory. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Process Design Engineer at Sellafield Ltd. Following this, they joined Atkins as a Process Engineer from December 2018 to March 2019. Rojiar then transitioned to Kimberly-Clark where they held the position of Process Improvement Engineer from March 2019 to July 2021. Rojiar then joined Babylon and served as a Business Analyst and Product Manager from July 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Rojiar is a Product Manager at Quality Compliance Systems, commencing from March 2023.
Rojiar Ferschy pursued higher education in 2009 at Newcastle University, where they completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering, which lasted until 2013. Prior to this, Rojiar attended Barnet College from 2006 to 2009, although no degree or field of study is specified. Additionally, Rojiar has obtained several certifications in the following years: IOSH Managing Safely in September 2019, IOSH Working Safely in February 2019, APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) in February 2018, and ISO 9001:2015 - QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS - INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING from SGS in July 2020.
