Tom Smith

Tom Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tom most recently served as the Director of Information Technology at Quality Drive Away and Foremost Transport starting in May 2019. Prior to that, they were an Operating Partner at TripleT L.L.C. from December 2017 to April 2019. Tom has also held the position of CIO at Michigan Works! BCV and Kinexus: Economy, Workforce, Community from 2006 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as the CEO of Michiana Tech Response and National Sales Manager at Xplorer Motorhomes. Overall, Tom Smith has demonstrated skills in IT leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving throughout their career.

Tom Smith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Bethel University. Tom also holds two Associate of Science degrees, one in Networking and the other in PC Support and Administration, both obtained from Ivy Tech Community College. In addition, they have an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Holy Cross College. Tom has obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Whirlpool Corporation in March 2013, and two Microsoft certifications: MCTS: MOSS (Microsoft Office SharePoint Server) and MCTS: WSS (Windows SharePoint Services), both obtained in November 2010.
