Ronald Sapiano

Ronald Sapiano has extensive experience in plant operations and logistics management, currently serving as Plant Operations Manager, Logistics Manager, and Plant Supervisor at Quality Edge since April 2015. Ronald is committed to continuous improvement and employee engagement, focusing on cost reduction and developing robust processes to enhance production efficiency. Prior to this, Ronald worked at Steelcase as a Leader, Zone from April 2013 to April 2015, where a significant achievement included increasing First Pass Yield to 98%. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of California, Riverside, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
