Paulo Reis has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries. Paulo began their career as a Professional Baseball Player for the Atlanta Braves from 1987 to 1991. Paulo then transitioned into roles as a Service Engineer at Supfina Machine Co., where they assembled and delivered superfinishing machines for various industries. After that, they worked as a Process Engineer at Vico Technologies, where they focused on equipment development and process efficiencies. Paulo then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Molex, leading equipment utilization and maintenance for two operating plants. Paulo then took on various roles at PGT Industries, including Manufacturing Value Stream Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, and Value Stream Manager (Logistics), where they focused on driving safety awareness, workstation setup, and manufacturing improvements. Paulo later became an Operations Director at Tervis Tumbler, responsible for planning, directing, and managing manufacturing operations, as well as overseeing a large team. After that, they served as the Divisional Vice President Engineering at Bealls, Inc. and as the VP of Operations at NewSouth Window Solutions. Currently, Paulo is the Chief Operating Officer at Quality Enclosures, Inc., where they oversee the manufacturing of shower enclosures and tempered glass across the Eastern United States.

Paulo Reis has a solid educational background with degrees in various fields of study. In 1991, they attended Bristol Community College and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, which they completed in 1994. Paulo then pursued further education at the New England Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
