Keith Gilliam

Keith Gilliam serves as the Quality Program Manager at Quality Engineering, Inc. since December 1997, overseeing the Design-Build City Center Guideway and Stations project. With extensive expertise in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) services within the heavy construction industry, Keith has led various significant projects, including a $12 billion tunnel in San Jose and the $950 million SFMTA Central Subway Project. As the President/CEO of QEI, Keith has cultivated a skilled team of engineering and architectural professionals. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Lead for the Berryessa Silicon Valley Phase II Extension and QA Manager for the BART Oakland Airport Connector. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Loyola University Maryland, with studies at James Madison University.
