Laflamme Roger

LaFlamme Roger has a diverse work experience that spans several industries and roles. LaFlamme currently serves as a Part-Time CFO-Controller at Quality Fleet Service, Inc. Since 2015, they have also been the President of White Flame LLC. From 2014 to the present, LaFlamme Roger has been a Shareholder at PWH Polyworks Holdings. In previous positions, they worked as the Manufacturing & Operations Manager at OptoGlo Solar Signs from 2021 to 2023. In 2020 to 2021, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Response Medical, LLC. LaFlamme Roger also held the position of EVP/Partner CFO COO at Polyworks Inc from 2003 to 2013. LaFlamme was the General Manager/VP of Operations at CSZ Inc from 2001 to 2003 and served as the Chief Operating Officer/CFO at Airpacks, Inc from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at The Robert Baker Company from 1997 to 1999 and held the role of Executive Vice President COO/CFO at Dielectrics Industries from 1984 to 1997.

LaFlamme Roger completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Accounting and Business/Management from Western New England University in 1978. In 1997, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, also with a specialization in Accounting and Business/Management, from the same university.
