Eduardo López Aceves

Eduardo López Aceves has worked in the IT industry since 2011. From 2011-2018, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Witen Consulting, where they managed customer relations, created technical documentation and user manuals, and provided monthly budget reports. In 2018, they began working at C&A México as a Gestor de proyecto y responsable de Scrum and IT Project Manager. In this role, they implemented and trained members of the department on the Scrum framework, coached teams, and managed operational ceremonies. Eduardo is currently employed as a Scrum Master at Quality & Knowledge On IT Services.

Eduardo López Aceves graduated from Universidad de Guadalajara in 2012 with a Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas. In 2018, they obtained a Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute™. In 2022, they obtained an ITIL V4 - IT Service Management certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
