Wilbert Everhart has extensive experience in logistics, quality management, and safety systems within both military and consulting contexts. Currently serving as COO at Quality Logistics since September 2009, Wilbert also held the position of Quality, Safety, and Environmental Manager at DynCorp International, LLC from February 2001 to February 2010, where responsibilities included managing a multinational program and maintaining ISO-certified quality and environmental management systems. Earlier roles included Senior Technical Staff at TASC, Site Manager at Vinnel Corp, and various leadership positions within the USAF, including Deputy Director of Logistics for the 17th Air Force and Commander of the 3246 Aircraft Generation Squadron. Education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Oklahoma State University.
