Brenda Boyd is a distinguished leader in quality standards and evaluation in online learning, currently serving as the Vice President of Quality Standards and Evaluation at QM Quality Matters since May 2011. With a diverse history of roles including Vice President of Program Services and Senior Academic Director of Program Services, Brenda has played a pivotal role in developing research-supported quality standards and evaluation tools for digital learning across various educational sectors. Brenda's extensive professional journey includes key positions at SunGard Higher Education Managed Services, Ohio Learning Network, Miami University, Sinclair Community College, and Media Consulting, highlighting expertise in instructional design and faculty development. Brenda holds a Master's degree in Instructional Design for Online Learning from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Photography from the University of Dayton.
