Mauricio Velasco

Mauricio Velasco is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across Latin America. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Quality One Wireless, Mauricio manages ODM/OEM vendor relationships and oversees product definition and compliance efforts. Previous positions include Vice President of Sales/Engineering at CWG, where Mauricio led the company's start-up in the region, and Vice President of Sales at Vmoviles, responsible for mobile device sales operations. Additionally, Mauricio held senior roles at Reliance Communications, PCD, UTStarcom, and Audiovox Communications, demonstrating a robust background in engineering, project management, and technical compliance. Mauricio earned a Master of Engineering degree in Wireless Innovation from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente.
