Tom Boles

Tom Boles has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tom started their career as a Plant Manager and QA Manager at Triangle Plastics in 1988. Tom then moved on to Ficosa International / Delbar Products, where they served as a Quality Assurance Manager for nearly two decades. After that, they were a Quality Assurance Manager at Jered, LLC., specializing in defense contracting. Following this, they worked as a Supplier Representative at QSI, providing support to automotive suppliers. In 2011, they joined QSG as a Project Engineer/Sales professional. Currently, Tom is the Business Development Director at Quality Service Group, LLC, where they are responsible for managing strategic and operational marketing, customer relationship activities, and driving new sales for the company.

Tom Boles attended Tennessee Tech University from 1976 to 1979, studying Industrial Technology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Clarkrange High School from 1970 to 1976, primarily focusing on History and Math.
