Kelvin Fair has extensive experience in production and management, currently serving as Paint Line Manager at Quality Steel Corporation since March 2022. Previously, Kelvin held roles as Production Supervisor at Milwaukee Tool, Lead Supervisor at Lavata, UAP Manager at Faurecia, and Production Supervisor at Faurecia Automotive. Kelvin’s responsibilities have included supervising repair technicians, overseeing the production of heating and cooling coils, managing production plans and budgets, and promoting quality, cost, and delivery performance. Earlier experience includes positions as Warehouse Supervisor at Dollar General Distribution Center and Manufacturing Supervisor at Baxter Healthcare. Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Mississippi Valley State University and a high school diploma from Gentry High School.
