Lance Dalton

Lance Dalton is the current Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Quality Steel Corporation since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lance served as the Regional Sales Manager at the same company for over two decades. Before joining Quality Steel Corporation, Lance worked as an Account Manager at American Fidelity Assurance. Lance started their career as an Admissions Counselor at Delta State University after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
