Eric McMackin

Eric McMackin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and customer service within the transportation industry. Since June 2004, Eric has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Quality Transportation Services, Inc., where responsibilities include directing a team of sales and account managers to enhance client relations and penetrate new markets across North America. Previous roles at Quality Transportation Services encompass Director of Customer Service, where Eric implemented systems for activity tracking and cross-training, and Manager of the Railcar Tracking Department, overseeing logistics specialists and training programs. Eric began a career in transportation as a Rail Logistics Specialist at Quality Transportation Services, managing a high volume of shipments, and initially worked at Overnite Transportation in customer service, excelling in call volumes and accuracy. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University.
