Phyllis Holton is the Deputy Director for Outreach and Development at Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities, where Phyllis has held various roles since 2003. Prior to their current position, Phyllis served as the Training and Information Coordinator. Holton holds a Bachelor of Art in Communication Arts from Elizabethtown College and a Diploma in Business from Chopticon High School.
