Cole Fetcho began their work experience in 2018 as a Tax Preparer at Nehemiah Gateway Delaware EITC Campaign. In November 2018, they joined Quality Uptime Services as a Strategic Account Analyst, a role they held until August 2022. Upon leaving that position, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Account Manager at the same company in September 2022.

Cole Fetcho attended the University of Delaware from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Economics.
