As Chief Revenue Officer, James is responsible for aligning all of Quality Uptime Services business units, implementing the right strategies, tools, and metrics that will have the greatest positive impact on revenue growth. He is also responsible for identifying and participating in expansion opportunities through acquisitions and corporate alliances. With over 17 years of experience in in the mission critical industry, James brings a diverse background to Quality Uptime Services. He has experience in OEM, independent service providers and facility operations solutions. James is a graduate of Madison College and an active member in the mission critical industry events and his local community.
