Katie Severance possesses extensive experience in occupational therapy and account management, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork. Currently serving as an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health since September 2018, Katie collaborates with various healthcare professionals and educates patients on community resources. Previously, Katie excelled as an Account Manager III at Aya Healthcare, earning three promotions in over two years for outstanding client service and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Katie has also worked as an Occupational Therapist at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital and Oakdale Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center, receiving recognition for clinical documentation and patient satisfaction. Prior to these roles, Katie managed accounts at IDC, fostering strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
