Robert Kitto has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the healthcare industry. Robert currently holds the position of Division Vice President at Qualivis since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Vice President at Qualivis from July 2021 to March 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Robert served as the Vice President of Clinical Talent Acquisition at Ardent Health Services. Robert spent a significant portion of their career at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, where they held various roles including System Director and Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Robert has also gained experience in talent selection and recruitment as the Manager at Texas Children's Hospital and as a Recruiter and Recruiting Manager at Banner Health. Before transitioning to the healthcare industry, they served in management roles in talent acquisition and healthcare within the U.S. Air Force for over 20 years.

Robert Kitto holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Park University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Science in Management/Marketing from the same institution. Robert also completed their high school education at Sandy Union High School, where they obtained a diploma.
