Dipak Hardwarsing

Dipak Hardwarsing has an extensive work experience in various roles related to recruitment and account management. Dipak started their career as an Account Manager at VodafoneZiggo in 2014 before moving on to KPN as an Account Manager in 2014-2016. Dipak then worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Utility Provider from 2016 to 2017, where they assisted both B2C and B2B clients in reducing their utility costs. From 2018 to 2022, Dipak served as an Account Manager at CSE Europe, focusing on recruitment and client satisfaction. Afterwards, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at the Ministry of Defence from 2022 to 2023, contributing to peace and security in the Netherlands and beyond. Currently, Dipak holds the position of Corporate Recruiter at Qualogy, where they manage the entire recruitment process to ensure the right fit between candidates and the organization's culture.

Dipak Hardwarsing attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Marketing / Commerciële economie (CE) with a specialization in marketing management. Before that, they also attended Zadkine from 2010 to 2014. During their time at Zadkine, their field of study was Sales / Verkoop / Sales en marketing.
